A 4, ERN Beton-FB, km 114.1 - 123.0 b. FR, Lot 2: Road construction, structures, drainage
The overall construction project includes the renewal of both lanes of the A 4 motorway between km 114.1 and 123.0 as well as the renewal of the Schmölln junction.
Lot 2: Track construction includes: km 113.37 to km 123.00 RF Aachen, km 114.10 to km 123.00 RF Görlitz, dismantling of vehicle restraint systems, structures, renewal of the Schmölln junction, renewal of the passage lane of the Altenburger Land service station, renewal of the bituminous superstructure of the L 1361 at the Schmölln junction.
The construction project is divided into several construction phases. The bill of quantities is divided into the areas of RF Görlitz (with AS Schmölln and T+R Altenburger Land) and RF Aachen (with AS Schmölln and T+R Altenburger Land). Other areas include the production of the median strips and backfills, measures on rainwater retention basins and the dismantling of vehicle restraint systems.

Main construction services for the construction of the line:
- Advance services for the repair of the RF Aachen
- early (i.e. before the establishment of the 4+0 traffic routing) services at central and dividing strip crossings: o Upgrading of the median strip crossing 113.15 o Construction of 3 additional temporary median strip crossings
- Dismantling of existing vehicle restraint systems in the construction sector
- Renewal of the superstructure in concrete or asphalt construction
- Renewal of the ramp lanes (bound and unbound superstructure) of the AS Schmölln (61)
- Renewal of existing median strip crossings
- partial renewal of drainage systems
- Renewal of the on-board equipment and paving surfaces (in natural stone/granite)
- Renewal of the previous. Flow
- Rehabilitation (renewal of surface and binder course) of the Altenburger Land petrol station and rest area
- Rehabilitation (renewal of surface and binder course) of the L 1361 in the area of the Schmölln junction
- Restoration of median strip including backfilling BSW
- Renewal of basin bypasses and small capacities for 6 rainwater retention basins
- Renewal of emergency telephone locations
- Restoration / adaptation of induction loops in the construction sector
- Marking as end marking
- Renewal of the standard signage

- Earthworks and paving work (canopy connections, embankments, WL berms, service routes, spandrel areas, existing shafts, replacement and extension of existing curbs)
- Concrete repair on substructures, superstructures and caps
- Repair work on existing service stairs and construction of new service stairs, exposure of existing service stairs from vegetation
- Repair of individual joint tapes
- Partial repair and addition of joints on paved surfaces or troughs \u2012 Partial corrosion protection and other repair of steel construction (superstructure beam)
- Partial corrosion protection on T90 profiles \u2012 Repair of existing ÜKO's (replacement of wear parts/sealing profiles, corrosion protection, cleaning)
- Partial renewal or partial corrosion protection and other repair of railings
- Addition of splash guards on cap railings
- Addition of railings on service stairs
- Repair of BW drainage (pipe outlets and bridge drain tops)
- Renewal or repair and relocation FRS
- Gradient compensation (Sprottetalbrücke RF Görlitz)
- Dismantling and renewing the protective layer and waterproofing as part of the production of the compensating gradient (Sprottetalbrücke RF Görlitz)
- Check the protective layer and waterproofing and, if necessary, partially repair it (A-structures and Sprottetalbrücke RF Aachen)
- Addition of wildlife protection fences
