The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, tourist development, maintenance of forest roads to be performed in the Sulęcin Forest District in 2023. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) - (4) of the Public Procurement Law.

Deaths).
