The offering concerns the establishment of collaboration and delivery of service and support services and aims to support citizens and health professionals in connection with home care. The service and support provider's task is to support the use of information and communication technology by citizens and health care professionals via video communication, telemonitoring, telemedicine measurements, virtual training solutions, etc., so that citizens using the home health care solutions have the opportunity to measure significant values for illness. , report them electronically, respond to question guides (PRO), perform home exercise and consult a health care practitioner, for example, via video conference. In addition, the service and support provider is expected to provide the practical support and advice needed for citizens' treatment in their own homes. This can be, for example, receiving and processing orders as well as advising on the choice of health professional products for citizens.

The contracting entity offers the contract in a competitive dialogue with the aim of clarifying and discussing whether the specifications specified in the dialogue material are sufficiently precise to enable the tender to be submitted. In addition, the client wishes to discuss how to find the most suitable model for the implementation and execution of new tasks, which must be lifted by the service and support supplier during the contract period. Similarly, the Contracting Authority, based on Contract Appendix 3, wants to discuss an appropriate settlement model that is robust to new and different tasks within the service and support function in connection with home treatment.

It is currently not possible to estimate the financial scope of the contract.
