Delivery and introduction of a documentation system (PDMS/AIMS) for intensive care medicine and anesthesia
ANregiomed is an association of the Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg and Feuchtwangen clinics and a joint municipal company of the city of Ansbach and the district of Ansbach.
A total of 655 planned beds are available for the treatment of acute inpatients. Around 2,500 employees work in the main departments and the inpatient departments to treat 28,077 acute inpatients and 44,280 outpatients annually.
The subject of the procedure is the delivery and introduction of a documentation system (PDMS / AIMS) for the areas of intensive care medicine and anesthesia in all facilities of the client.
It is intended to provide documentation without media discontinuity in anesthesia, in the recovery room, in intensive care units. All medical, nursing and therapeutic information is recorded at the clinical workstation, with automatic transfer of monitoring, ventilation, dialysis, infusion data and other operated devices from medical technology. The PDMS/AIMS is the central control instrument in the workflow with integration into the existing system landscape.
In addition, the cross-location co-operation of intensive care units via a telemedical intensive care solution is sought
Another core requirement is the high level of integration into the IT system landscape of ANregiomed gKU with an IHE-compliant connection.
- Bringing about the operational readiness of the entire system in the client's overall network by setting up, installing, customizing and integrating all system components including connection/integration HIS/KAS of the client on the basis of international standards
- Connection / integration of the relevant subsystems based on international and interoperable standards
- Implementation of the listed project management services

- Provision of system services for the entire system
A project-specific EVB IT system contract is concluded for procurement. The corresponding draft contract shall be attached to the tender documents for the initial tender and may be made the subject of the procurement negotiations by the contracting authority.
