The existing infrastructure in Værnes Garrison is outdated in relation to technical requirements and systems. The plant has also reached the end of its technical lifetime. There is therefore a need to establish a robust and future-oriented infrastructure with sufficient capacity with regard to the existing use of the garrison, the decided increase in activity at the base, and the necessary capacity to support the overall needs of the Agency.
