The subject of the tender is a framework contract, divided into two lots in the field of IT terminals. The lots will be divided as follows:
Lot 1: Windows Clients, TFT and Docking Stations
Lot 2: Apple MacBooks and iPhones
Framework contract for the supply of Windows devices and repair/maintenance servicesgematik has the appropriate IT workstation hardware for its employees. This gematik IT workstation hardware is to be replaced regularly after a service life of 48 months, starting in November 2023. Over the next four years, laptops and associated workstation hardware will be replaced, with a large part of the notebook replacement already due at the beginning of the contract (in the first 6 months).
gematik currently uses client hardware from HP (notebooks, docking stations and monitors). The notebook classes used differ in terms of performance. Standard office notebooks up to power notebooks are used.
In addition to the previous device classes, gematik has created a need for lighter and more mobile notebooks, as well as Apple MacBooks.
In addition to the delivery of hardware, services such as repair, replacement service and extended support are also to be provided.
The aim of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the demand-oriented and short-term retrieval of the contractually agreed equipment.
The maximum and non-mandatory call-off value over the contract period of 4 years for Lot 1 is EUR 895,000.00 (maximum value of the framework agreement). The client is not obliged to exhaust this sum.
