Carrying out repeat tests on portable (in the years 2020-2023) and stationary (in the year 2023) electrical equipment according to accident prevention regulations "Electrical installations and equipment" according to DGUV regulations 3 and 4 and according to DIN VDE 0701-0702.
In accordance with the German Industrial Safety Ordinance, DGUV regulation 3 and regulation 4, DIN VDE 0701-0702, the TRBS 1201 and the BetrSichV, the customer is also responsible for regularly checking all portable and stationary electrical equipment available in the company.
It is an examination of portable and stationary electrical equipment, according to the definition of the term DIN VDE 0100-200 and the overview drawn up by the city of Leverkusen (see Appendix 1) for the definition of stationary and portable equipment in urban buildings.
These include schools, kindergartens, administration buildings, fire stations, cemeteries, youth facilities and home office workplaces (these are within a radius of about 150 km from the city of Leverkusen).
The call for tenders is based on approx. 55,000 stationary and approx. 16,000 stationary electrical equipment distributed over approx. 240 objects in the city of Leverkusen.
If the number of resources on site deviate from the list given when the contract was concluded, the client must be informed at the latest with the documentation.
Should individual resources no longer be available during the contract period, they will be eliminated from the existing contract. The listed quantities are therefore not binding and may vary.
Excessive or reduced quantities do not lead to any change in the unit prices.
First, the order will be issued for the year 2020. It shall be extended for a further calendar year unless the contract is terminated by one of the contracting parties as of 30 June of the current contract year. The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years.
