• Supplying ICT Hardware for end users, which in any case includes laptops, chromebooks, tablets, desktops and monitors (insofar as not provided by the IT service provider of Prodas).

• The optional supply of accessories for the ICT Hardware if desired (mice, keyboards, laptop bags, tablet cover, etc.).

• The optional unpacking and working delivery of ICT Hardware and taking the packaging material with you. This is optionally used for large orders.

The client makes (mainly small) orders throughout the year. There are no large bulk orders per year.

The client has the possibility to purchase separate accessories such as keyboards, mice and earphones / headphones from third parties. Touchscreens are not part of this assignment.

The maximum size of the assignment is € 900,000 including VAT. The scope of the contract has been determined as accurately as possible. If the specified size is realized earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, the contract will be (prematurely) re-tendered. No rights can be derived from this amount.
