Main contract containing: Master plan in AAB dept 17 concerning renovation of 154 apartments. The case includes: new bathrooms all apartments of which 80 are placed in new bathroom towers in the courtyard, replacement of all kitchens, establishment of balconies and French balconies in the majority of the apartments, renovation and redevelopment of the courtyard. Renovation, replacement and new establishment of electricity, water, heating, drainage and ventilation installations.

Master plan for: AAB dept. 17 – Located in Copenhagen Municipality, on Amager, the block of which the department makes up the majority is bounded by Keplersgade, Tycho Brahes allé, Kirkegårdsvej and Højvej.

The building was built in 1928 and consists of a 5-storey multi-storey building as well as a basement, dry ceiling and pointed ceiling. The construction is typical of the period with workers' housing with 154 mainly 2V apartments with their own kitchen and toilet. The work includes:

• Establishment of a new bath tower on the outside of the back stairs in 10 stairways

• Delivery and installation of approx. 90 prefabricated bathroom cabins in bath towers.

• Renovation and establishment of new space-built bathrooms in remaining 7 stairwells and on the ground floor where

• New kitchens in all apartments, incl. Follow-up works

• Establishment of balconies and French balconies facing the courtyard almost all the homes

• Replacement of all windows facing the courtyard which are not replaced for balcony doors.

• Establishment of stairs from the ground floor apartments where there are towers

• Renovation, replacement and new establishment of drainage installations

• Renovation, replacement and new establishment of domestic water installations

• New central control extraction systems for food and kitchens.

• Laying down of Byva's installation in all apartments

• Demolition and remediation work

• Renovation of masonry facing the courtyard (replacement of joints)

• Replacement and rearrangement of sewer pipes in the yard

• Redevelopment and renovation of the farm, including new paving establishment of green areas

• Establishment of new secondary buildings in the yard, new garbage management building, etc.
