Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust has procured a Strategic Energy Advisory Framework Agreement which will provide an energy advisory and measurement & verification (M&V) service for public sector bodies wishing to implement an energy efficiency and local energy generation measures to their buildings or estate. The Framework Agreement will be open to those public sector bodies described in Section VI.2. No public sector body is committed to place an order under the Framework Agreement.
