The indoor pool in the Westerholt district of the city of Herten (built in 1974) is outdated due to age and needs a core renovation. The bath is located in the catchment area of the other cities of Gelsenkirchen and Marl and will continue to serve school and club swimming in addition to times for public operation. The aim is to achieve climate- and energy-efficient, barrier-free core renovation and the expansion of a course basin for new uses.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- Structural design (service phases 1 - 6 according to HOAI § 51 in conjunction with V.m. Annex 14, incl. structural fire protection)

The required services are based on the HOAI service profiles. The client reserves the right to contract in stages and, if necessary, in sections.
