With regard to the non-binding as well as the maximum quantity, there is no acceptance obligation for the customer. Future retrieval from the framework agreements will depend on the usage and requirement behaviour of the users. Users will be able to choose whether, for example, they want to use the safety shoe from Framework Agreement Lot 1 (from the BwBM 2023 0035 procedure) or from the local Framework Agreement. The demand number of follow-up calls from the framework agreements will be based on the retrieval behaviour of the users.
