Task # 1:

Performance of the contract consisting in combating slipperiness and snow removal of provincial roads: No. 822, 822a, 834, 835, 835a, 836, 842 and D.19 – in the Road Circuit in Krzczonów, from the dispatch point – the seat of the Road Circuit in Krzczonów, in accordance with the following bill of quantities:

1. Planned number of contracted hours in each season

1). Salter emptied with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 hours

2) Salter deluded with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 hours

3) Salter deluded with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 hours

4) Saltwater deluded with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 hours

5) Saltwater emptied with loading of roughening materials (salter and plough of the Contractor) - 250 hours

6) Saltwater with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 hours

7) Saltwater depressed with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 hours

8) SNK 30EPZ medium plough (Contractor's carrier, RDW plough in Lublin) - 80 a.m.

2. Out of a total quantity of 7 pcs. salter:

- 5 pcs. will be stationed on the storage yard in Krzczonów. solarek

- 2 pcs will be stationed at the storage yard in Bychawa. solarek

To load the material (road salt and sand-salt mixture) into the salters, the Contractor must have 3 pcs. efficient front loaders, including: 2 pcs. chargers stationed at the storage yard in Krzczonów and 1 pc. loader stationed at the storage yard in Bychawa.

The duration of loading is not included in the working time of the equipment z.u.d.

The cost of loaders and the cost of their maintenance included in the cost of salters' work.

3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the order and change the maximum number of contracted hours between individual equipment units according to the actual needs resulting from the prevailing weather conditions or the condition of the surface of provincial roads, without changing the maximum remuneration, as part of the Task. The above change does not require the conclusion of an annex to the contract.

Task # 2:

Performance of the contract consisting in combating slippery and snow removal of provincial roads: No. 747, 809, 809a, 827, 828, 830, 833, 874 and D.19 – in the Road Circuit in Bełżyce, from the dispatch point – the seat of the Road Circuit in Bełżyce, in accordance with the following bill of quantities:

1) Saltwater deluded with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 p.m.

2) Saltwater with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 p.m.

3) Saltwater with loading of roughening materials (salter and plough of the Contractor) - 250 p.m.

4) Saltwater deluded with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 p.m.

5) Saltwater depressed with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 p.m.

6) Saltwater deluded with loading of roughening materials (salt and plough of the Contractor) - 250 p.m.

7) SNK 30EPZ medium plough (Contractor's carrier, RDW plough in Lublin) - 80 a.m.
