The purpose of this consultation is to provide dematerialized meal vouchers in the form of a personalized and secure card for all staff of the Communauté de Communes Terres Touloises, in accordance with the legislation in force. The services are subject to a framework agreement with a minimum of 200,000.00 euros excluding VAT and with a cumulative maximum of 1,200,000 euros excluding VAT (according to Article R2162-4-1° of the Public Order Code) for the duration of the contract with a single economic operator (according to Article L2125-1-1° of the Public Order Code).

This framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations (according to Article R2162-2-2nd paragraph of the Public Order Code). It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued (according to Articles R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code), issued by the Contracting Authority as required.
