Public service contract for transport services in the district of Landsberg with call-sharing taxis for a trial period of two years on a total of 18 lines as a total service.

As the competent authority pursuant to Art. 8 para. 1 of the Act on Local Public Transport in Bavaria (BayÖPNVG) in conjunction with § 8a Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and Art. 1 Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, the district of Landsberg am Lech awards a public service contract with effect from 01.04.2023 in accordance with Art. 3 para. 1, Art. 5 para. 1 sentence 2 VO (EG) 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 8a para. 2 PBefG, § 103 Abs. 4 GWB for public passenger transport according to §§ 42, 44 PBefG with call-sharing taxis as a total service for a trial period of two years. The object of the services is the operation of a total of 17 lines (with option for another line). The individual lines with the boarding and exit stops to be served as well as the timetables can be found in the tender documents.
