1. The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Nekla in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

2. Collection, transport and management of waste with an estimated total tonnage of 3 303,237 Mg.

1. The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Nekla in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

2. The object of the order is:

a) Collection, transport and management of waste issued by property owners directly in front of the property;

b) Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) with its registered office in Nekla, Nad Maskawa 5 Street;

c) Provision of bags for separately collected waste (paper, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, glass);

d) Providing the necessary infrastructure for the collection of municipal waste in the Municipality of Nekla;

e) Care for proper sanitary, order and technical condition of containers, containers, bags and for proper organization and maintenance in an appropriate sanitary and order condition of waste collection places.
