The subject of the contract is to perform auxiliary activities that are closely related to medical services for the prevention, preservation, rescue, restoration and improvement of health, including, inter alia, maintaining the epidemiological and sanitary condition of the medical part of the hospital, as well as maintaining external areas in proper condition, providing hospital and economic transport, cleaning the non-medical part together with a simultaneous takeover from the Employer pursuant to art. 23 1 of the Labor Code, employees employed in positions related to the performance of the subject of the contract.
