Standard Office Furniture for Probation Service Netherlands

The assignment consists of providing standard office furniture for all locations of Probassering Netherlands. In addition, Combassering Nederland expects services to be provided in terms of assembly, disassembly and corrective maintenance to newly purchased and existing furniture.

Standard office furniture for Probation locations Netherlands

The scope of the assignment includes the provision of standard office furniture in accordance with interior style, enclosed in Annex 12, of Probassering Netherlands, such as:

Flex workstation incl. standard office chair

Office Table and Office Chairs

Conference tables and meeting chairs

Lockers & Cabinets

Swoppers (Ergonomic Stool)

Reinforced office chairs (higher than 120 kg for load)

Office chairs for above average tall people. (body height greater than 2 meters)

(de-) Assembly of supplied and existing furniture

Corrective maintenance on supplied and existing furniture

Standard work station furniture for the work venues of Probation Netherlands

The Netherlands relies on Article 2.18 of the Procurement Act 2012, which gives it the opportunity to contract plot 2 outside the scope of this public European procurement procedure, the so-called parcel scheme. The contract value for the furniture at work locations is less than EUR 80 000 excl. VAT and is less than 20% of the total order value excluding VAT. A supplier for lot 2 is therefore contracted through a separate multiple private procedure.
