The contracting entity's estimated/expected total annual consumption amounts to DKK 3,850,000. Over a four-year period, it amounts to DKK 15,400,000.

The contracting entity's maximum total consumption of DKK 4,600,000 per year. Over a four-year period, it amounts to DKK 18,400,000.

The offer includes the offer of coffee, tea, other products and machinery.

It must be possible for delivery to be made at the Customer's addresses in Denmark.

Purpose of the call for tenders

The purpose of this tender is to secure the Contracting Entity a nationwide Agreement on coffee, tea, other products and machines, where the focus is on quality at the right price. It is expected that the tender ensures high quality and a good and smooth cooperation with the Tenderer.

Number of Suppliers on the Agreement

The agreement is concluded with 1 (one) Supplier.

The Agreement may be used by the Contracting Entity, which has the right but not the obligation to use the Agreement.
