the expected services are, among others:- the supply of work clothes and Epi- the transport and delivery of work clothes and Epi- the unpacking and destruction of packagingthe modalities of performance of the services are listed in the Special Clauses Common to all lots. The framework agreement will be executed as and when the purchase orders are issued with a minimum annual amount excluding tax and a maximum annual amount excluding VAT and with only one economic operator per lot. This Framework Agreement is concluded for a firm period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It may be renewed for a period of 12 months by express renewal three times maximum, i.e. a maximum total duration of the contract of 48 months
