This contract is a mixed market:

- it is an ordinary market with a fixed price for the buildings given to the year: Clermont Montal, Les Lilas, Fouchet GHJ, Fouchet KL, Minvielle, Fouchet M, Zaragoza, Old-Mill, Jeanne d'Albret, Trails of the King , Flourète A, Flourète B, Le Poey, Arousette, Ouzoum, La Moneda, Febus, Louise Michel, Saint-Martin, La Roussane, Mozart, La Teulere, Malère, La Fontaine, Normandy, Rabelais, La Bergerie, Rimbaud, Jeanne Duval , Bastille, The Tiger, Labarrere, Yerma, Pombie, Medlar, Nice Wood, Béatrice, Romarins, La Chêneraie, Richelieu, The Gardens of Anayet and the seat of the Office as well as for the cleaning of the windows of the seat of the Office and cleaning of all underground car parks are entrusted to the year,

- it is a framework agreement with order forms for replacement services for absent Office staff (sick leave on training, RTT) and for additional services.
