The primary objective is to activate benefit recipients in SGB II, to qualify them for the respective need for action and thus introduce them to the employment market.
The activation and stabilization is supplemented by intensive socio-educational support.
The individual and holistic care of the participants pursues various individual goals:
- prepare for success:
Profiling (analysis of soft and hard skills) and balancing participant expectations and labor market needs.
- Create success:
By basic qualification with network partners.
- achieve success:
Integration into socially insurable employment or training conditions in the primary labor market, if necessary, work-up of educational and occupational deficits.
- ensure success:
Stabilizing the participants in the employment relationship with holistic consideration of the living conditions.
At best, it may lead to a job or training relationship subject to social insurance contributions.
It must be ensured that participants who are supervised without integration success may be able to participate again in the qualification modules via network partners.
