2. As part of the contract, the Contractor will perform 25,000 appraisals of funding applications submitted under the third (third) call for continuous funding applications from the Priority Programme “Part 1) My Current Program 2021 - 2023". The order will relate to applications submitted in electronic version through the NFOŚiGW Applications Generator.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 5 to SWZ and in the PPU, which is Annex 4 to the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 24 June 2021 item 1129 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act, amounting to 27,3% of the basic contract, consisting in respect of a repeat of the same services as will be carried out under the basic contract and compliant with the subject of the basic contract.
4. Estimated value of the order indicated in point. II.2.6) includes the value of the basic contract for this part - PLN 1 375,000.00 net (subject to this proceeding) and the value of the anticipated supplementary orders referred to in point 3 above - PLN 375,000.00 net (subject to separate, future) proceedings).
