The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a contract for the provision and operation of legal management software (LMS) and other service components for AOK Rheinland/ Hamburg. The software is to be made available on a Windows server provided by the client and hosted internally. The system is placed in the data center of the client's provider. The contractor is granted access to the system via support access and for the purpose of installation and maintenance.

An EVB IT system contract is concluded with an initial term of 24 months. The contract can optionally be extended twice by the client for 24 months each (a maximum of 72 months in total).
