1.1. Contracting authority

1.2 Scope and purpose
The municipality procures a framework agreement for the hiring of construction equipment including drivers. The services can normally occur throughout the municipality's area with concentration on urban areas. We estimate our total rental needs for vehicles, assuming unchanged operating volume, to approximately SEK 2,000,000 per year. Please note that no volumes in the tender specifications are guaranteed.
Tenderers are free to choose to bid in one or more tender areas. In addition to this, hourly rates shall be provided for construction workers with professional skills who can be called off if necessary.
Examples of assignments that occur are emergency digging in case of water leak, demolition of buildings, construction of new street.
The contract period is two years with the possibility for the client to extend the agreement with unchanged terms for another two years. Contract start is 2022-09-01.
