Description:
Collection and management of waste code 15 01 02

1. The subject of the contract is successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani and from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPOK Rawicz), the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Gola (hereinafter: SPOK Gola), waste with the code 15 01 02 and their transport and management in the R recovery process in the Contractor's own installation. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

2. The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 15 01 02 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. 12 months counted from the date of signing the contract, is approx. 6500 Mg, including:

a) Part I: approx. 3 500 Mg from ZZO in Třebaní

b) Part II: approx. 2 000 Mg from SPOK in Rawicz

c) Part III: approx. 1 000 Mg from SPOK in Gola

Part I - ZZO Trzebania

1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection of waste with the code 15 01 02 from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani and their transport and management in the R recovery process in the Contractor's own installation. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

2. The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 15 01 02 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. 12 months counted from the date of signing the contract, is approx. 3 500 Mg from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania (hereinafter: ZZO Trzebania).

3. The Ordering Party informs that the amount of waste given above is an estimated amount, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, while the Ordering Party provides a minimum total amount of waste in the amount of approx. 2,000 Mg in the case of the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani.

Therefore, collection and management of waste in an amount lower than estimated above, i.e.: approx. 3 500 Mg in the case of the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani, but not less than approx. 2 000 Mg,

does not give any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractors will not be entitled to a claim in this respect.

4. Waste with the code 15 01 02 constituting the subject of the contract comes from the selective collection of waste from property owners, collected by direct collection at source in a bag and container system.

5. Method of waste collection:

a) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to carry out the service of waste collection and management with the code 15 01 02 on an ongoing basis on working days from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 21:00 (ZZO Trzebania) with a frequency: min. at the request of the ordering party.

The Contractor is obliged to provide an appropriate number of trips to guarantee the current collection of waste. The required response time of the Contractor to the Ordering Party's notification may not exceed 24 hours from the moment the Contractor receives the notification by e-mail, counting working days.

b) Waste should be transported by the Contractor using vehicles such as: tractor unit with a semi-trailer of the tipper type or walking floor with a permissible load capacity of min. 24 000kg and/or hooklift trucks for transporting containers with a capacity of approx. 30m3.

c) Loading waste into the Contractor's cars using a loader shall be the responsibility of the Ordering Party.

Part II - SPOK Rawicz

1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection of waste with the code 15 01 02 from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPOK Rawicz) and their transport and management in the R recovery process in the Contractor's own installation. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 15 01 02 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract performance period, i.e. 12 months counted from the date of signing the contract, is approx. 2 000 Mg from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPOK Rawicz).

3. The Ordering Party informs that the amount of waste given above is an estimate, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, while the Ordering Party provides a minimum total amount of waste in the amount of approx. 1,000 Mg in the case of the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz.

Therefore, the collection and management of waste in an amount lower than estimated above, i.e.: approx. 2 000 Mg in the case of the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz, but not less than approx. 1 000 Mg,

does not give any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractors will not be entitled to a claim in this respect.

The estimated amount of bulky waste with the code 15 01 02 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. 12 months counted from the date of signing the contract, is approx. 1 000 Mg from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Gola (hereinafter: SPOK Gola).

The Ordering Party informs that the amount of waste given above is an estimated quantity, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, while the Ordering Party provides a minimum total amount of waste in the amount of approx. 500 Mg in the case of the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Gola.

Therefore, collection and management of waste in an amount lower than estimated above, i.e.: approx. 1,000 Mg in the case of the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz, but not less than approx. 500 Mg,

does not give any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractors will not be entitled to a claim in this respect.
