The purpose of this tender is:

- concluding a (framework) agreement with one (1) contractor for a period of two (2) years, with an option to extend for a maximum period of four (4) times one (1) year. The choice of whether or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests exclusively with O2G2 as the client.

The intended date of commencement of the (framework) agreement is 1.9.2020 and will end by operation of law on 1.9.2022 unless the client opts for optional extension (s).

The maximum duration of the (framework) agreement, including optional extensions, is six (6) years.

The intended date of commencement can, if the client deems this necessary, be adjusted by 1 or a few months to a later date, whereby the end date is adjusted accordingly.

The net contract value for the hiring of flexible external staff in 2019 was approximately EUR 290,000.00 excluding VAT.

It is currently unclear what investments will be made in the coming years for hiring flexible external staff. The expectation is that this will be in line with previous years.
