The municipal catering service of the Commune of ecully is aimed at: schools (nursery schools, elementary schools), children enrolled in leisure reception (Alsh), and supervising adults. It concerns 5 public school groups spread over the municipality. The contract is concluded according to the technique of the framework agreement and, all its contractual stipulations being fixed, it will be executed by purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-6 of the Public Order Code and according to the prices defined in the Unit Price Schedule. The Framework Agreement is concluded without an annual minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 1,250,000 euro(s) (T.T.C.). It will take effect from its expected notification date of 07/11/2022
