We ask you for your offer to perform your property management duties in accordance with the accompanying attachments.

The procurement follows the law on public procurement and concessions. The criterion is the cheapest price.

The offer can only be submitted in the entirety. The number of partners to choose is 1.

The contract period begins on 1 November 2021

The contract is valid for two (2) years and the possible option period is two (2) years, the maximum possible total duration of the contract is four (4) years, the termination period on both sides six (6) months.

Access to the tenderer by destination to the service book is a prerequisite for the lodging of the offer. Appendix 2 is a model report on one property.

Please note in the offer that annual maintenance of geothermal and air heat pumps, heat distribution equipment, RAUs systems, playground equipment and hand extinguishers are not included in the offer, as there are separate agreements for these.
