1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 3 289 consumption points with a total estimated volume - basic order - 29 643.06 MWh.
2. The Ordering Party shall award the contract in 3 lots.
3. Details of electricity consumption are described in Annex 1a/1b/1c to the SWZ List of consumption points.
4. Applicable settlement periods: Tariff group B, C2x – 1 month, Tariff group C1x, G, R – 2 months.
5.Us distribution services are/will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the ordering parties (electricity consumers) and DSOs.
6. The contracting authority, the Municipality of Szamocin, provides for the right of option – applies to Lot 1 of the contract.
7. The condition for starting electricity deliveries within the indicated time limit (for individual consumption points) is the positive completion of the change of supplier procedure.
8. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use Article 139(1) of the PPL.
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 838 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – basic order – 17 917.12 MWh.
Consumption data is indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. The Contracting Authority, the Municipality of Złotów, has the status of a Producer for 2 PPE. The contracting authority will agree to conclude contracts for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor. Details of the installation's capacity, the amount of energy to be resold are included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7.The Municipality of Szamocin reserves the right to extend the period of electricity supply to PPE No. 590310600000431196 until 31.12.2024.
8. Quality standards
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) Electricity quality standards are described in the Act of the European Parliament and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended) amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 27 September 2022 amending the regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2007). The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended).

10. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to submit contracts on behalf of himself and the ordering party (recipients) to the competent DSO in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent the ordering party (recipients) before the DSO - the process of changing the seller.
11. The contracting authority reserves the right to make use of Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the possibility of first examining and evaluating tenders, and then making a subjective qualification of the contractor whose offer was the highest rated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
12. As a result of the award of the public procurement procedure, 30 contracts will be concluded.
13. The Ordering Party does not require the provision of a performance bond.
14. The Ordering Party requests the payment of a security deposit. In the case of submitting an offer for Part 1 of the order: PLN 200,000.00.
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff group B1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 11 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 2 945,91 MWh. Consumption data are indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, provided that the details of delivery dates (start and end) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to swz column "Delivery period".
Lipowa 55, 64-610 Rogoźno will have the status of a Producer on the object PPE number 590310600017195173, details of power, amount of energy generated are included in Annex 1b to the SWZ.
After connecting the PV installation to the DSO network, the customer will inform the contractor in order to conclude a contract for the resale of energy. The customer agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.
6. The measuring systems shall be adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.
7. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

12. As a result of the settlement of the public procurement procedure, 6 contracts will be concluded.
13. The Ordering Party does not require the provision of a performance bond.
14. The Ordering Party shall request a security deposit. In the case of submitting an offer for Part 2 of the order: PLN 40,000.00.
Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 440 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 8 780.03 MWh. Consumption data are indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, with the reservation that details of delivery dates (start and finish) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1c to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

8. The Contractor shall, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, be required to notify on behalf of the Contractor (s) of the contracts to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable rules and to represent the Contracting Party (s) before the DSO - the process of changing the seller.
9. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of taking advantage of Article 139 (1) of Pzp, i.e. the possibility of examining and evaluating tenders in the first place, and then making the qualifications of the contractor whose offer has been the highest rated, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment conditions of participation in the proceedings.
10. As a result of the award of the public procurement procedure, 22 contracts will be concluded.
11. The Ordering Party does not require the provision of a performance bond.
12. The Ordering Party shall request the lodging of a security deposit. In the case of submitting an offer for Part 3 of the order: PLN 100,000.00.
