The aim of this tender is to conclude new contracts for the necessary deliveries of Student Notebooks as of 1 November 2023. For the deliveries of Student Notebooks, Framework Agreements will be concluded with a maximum of three Framework Contractors, who participate annually in the selection process (the mini-competition) in which the Student Notebook for the relevant year is selected.

For the Delivery of Student Notebooks, a maximum of three framework agreements are concluded with a maximum of three framework contractors for a period of 2 years (until 31 December 2025) with an option to extend 2x 1 year. The expected effective date of the Framework Agreement is 1 November 2023.
