The subject of the contract is the hospital linen washing service and its supplementation.

The contracting authority envisages the award of a contract pursuant to art. 67 section 1 point 6) of the Act - Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract to the current contractor of services, consisting in the repetition of similar services consistent with its subject with a maximum value of PLN 1 315 000.00 net.

1. Description of the subject of the contract;

2. Information on the transport of underwear;

3. Linen collection / delivery schedule;

4. Employer's requirements for underwear supplemented by the Contractor;

5. Requirements for automatic distributors of reusable operational clothing and daywear, one day.

The service should be performed in accordance with applicable law in this respect.
