The assignee of the assignment will have to perform the following activities:
a) preparation of the final draft drawn up, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 23, paragraph 3 and of the art. 216, paragraph 4 of the code, in compliance with the provisions of part II), title II), chapter I), section III) (articles 24-32) of Presidential Decree 207/2010;
b) preparation of the executive project prepared, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 23, paragraph 3 and of the art. 216, paragraph 4 of the code, in compliance with the provisions of part II), title II), chapter I), section III) (articles 33-43) of Presidential Decree 207/2010;
c) coordination of safety during the design and execution of the works, in accordance with articles 92 and 98 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Single security text);
d) request for opinions and authorizations, however, called in "ordinary way" (including the preparation of the necessary forms);
e) construction supervision, pursuant to art. 101 of the code and accounting of the works artt. 178-210 of Presidential Decree 207/2010.
The definitive and executive projects of the seismic adjustment and energy efficiency of the kindergarten, primary and secondary schools of Via Perugina di Gubbio must be drawn up taking as a reference the technical and economic feasibility project approved by resolution of the City Council n. 89 of 18.4.2019 developed on the basis of the technical standards for constructions Ministerial Decree 17.1.2018 (Official Journal No. 42 of 20.2.2018), in compliance with all the technical regulations relating to school buildings in force and the CAM Minimum environmental criteria of pursuant to Ministerial Decree 11.10.2017 containing "Minimum environmental criteria for the assignment of planning services and works for the new construction, renovation and maintenance of public buildings" or other reference dm issued by the Ministry of the Environment for the protection of the territory and of the sea, pursuant to art. 34, paragraph 2.
The contracting authority reserves the right to entrust the designer directly with the task of project management and safety coordination during the execution phase pursuant to art. 157, paragraph 1 of the code, in order to guarantee continuity in the execution of the contract and therefore savings for the entity.
The contract consists of a single lot, with a single functional identity.
For the specific services object of the contract, for the estimated amount of the works to be designed and for the estimated value of the contract, reference is made in any case to the special descriptive and performance specifications and to the document for calculating the estimated value of the contract. makes express and full reference.
The amount based on tendering - including all optional services - is estimated at EUR 626 900.37, plus VAT and social security charges, including expenses and net of social security and welfare charges and VAT.
