These agreements relate to carrying out minor building maintenance work. This does not include major renovation work and work or services provided for under operating or maintenance contracts already in force on the various sites.
The work is classified into two categories: "planned" work executed in the form of an order on prior estimate on the one hand, and other work giving rise to immediate execution on intervention vouchers (BI) with intervention statement from somewhere else. Orders and BI will be remunerated on the basis of the contractual unit price schedule. The personnel involved may be required to work in the presence of ionizing radiation (category B certification will be required for a minimum of two workers (except for lot 3 and 10)). The estimated start date of the agreements is 1.9.2021. Lots 8 and 9 require “Confidential defense” authorization (see paragraph III.2.2) of this contract notice).
Masonry - earthworks - plastering - tiling - reinforced concreteThis agreement is single-beneficiary.
As an indication, the CEA of Paris-Saclay (Saclay and Fontenay-aux-Roses sites) has placed an average of 40 orders and 350 intervention vouchers (BI) per year for this lot.
