Maintenance, modification and delivery of licenses for the Identity Management System
The subject of the Order is:
1) Maintenance, service and technical support services (hereinafter also referred to as: Support Service) for the System on the terms set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement – Description of the subject of the contract;
2) System Modification Services in the total maximum of 3000 Man-hours (under the option right in an additional dimension of 750 Man-hours) for optional use by the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the minimum dimension of System Modification Services is 500 Man-hours, carried out on the basis of a separate Order, on the terms set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement – Description of the subject of the contract;
3) Training / workshop services for System Administrators carried out on the basis of a separate Order on the terms set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement – Description of the subject of the contract;
4) PCS System migration service to the latest version;
5) Delivery of service packages for equipment;
6) Delivery of service packages for Finished Software
7) providing additional license options for Internal Users up to 2000 units within the framework of the law, together with the manufacturer's support for the duration of the Agreement and ensuring their maintenance;
8) granting a guarantee for the delivered Products and Services for a period of twenty-four months counted from the date of signing the relevant acceptance protocol.
