The assignment, as well as the area of responsibility, means to ensure that Function Quality delivers the following:
Supports the program organization in ensuring quality management work.
Direct, support and coordinate projects and functions in their quality work
Continue to establish, develop and communicate the program's business system and guarantee accessibility to it.
Keep good documented order on the business system and quality assure it over time.
Follows up and ensures that the business system is fully applied
Through necessary audits, evaluate the efficiency and application of the business system and follow up defined and agreed measures to achieve improvement.
Regularly evaluates the program organization's working methods and results as a means to achieve continuous improvement
Actively work to ensure that the organization's skills and experience are used in an efficient way
Interact with program members and other stakeholders
Create understanding of the program's workmanship among both internal and external stakeholders
Targeted trainings of program members in the subject area.
Support projects in the development of their quality plan
Be involved in contract procurements regarding quality requirements etc.
Establish an annual audit plan for the programme and lead audits and follow up actions
Establish and improve governing documents within the area of responsibility of their own function.
Other issues relating to the aforesaid
The consultant offered in the tender must be able to be provided for the assignment corresponding to 100% of a full-time position. However, the scope of the assignment may be lower in periods when the client does not guarantee a specific volume in the assignment. Presence in the client's premises in Malmö is important for the program's progress and community. Hybrid work is possible and decided in consultation. The consultant is expected to be available during regular working hours. The program provides a workplace in the client's premises in Malmö.
The consultant may, in addition to the consultant offered in the tender, need to supplement with additional resources during intensive periods. If applicable, this is agreed in consultation between the client and the consultant
A framework agreement is intended to be signed with one (1) tenderer for the entire assignment. The framework agreement period is a maximum of 8 years.
The maximum value that may be called off within the framework agreement amounts to SEK 50 million. If the turnover of the framework agreement reaches or exceeds this value, the customer has the right to terminate the framework agreement with immediate effect.
