Bergen, Modalen, Osterøy and Øygarden Municipalities, as well as Bergen Church Council and Betanien rehabilitation and nursing home would like to enter into a new framework agreement with one tenderer for the procurement and delivery of wood and building materials, as well as logically associated products. The procurement is for the procurement and delivery of wood and construction materials for ongoing internal and external maintenance of the contracting authority´s existing buildings at each user place. The contract will mainly be used by the municipality's internal trade services.

The contracting authority requires that the tenderer, possibly sub-suppliers, have a sales outlet and stores in Bergen municipality during the contract period.

The deliveries do not include the delivery of products where trade companies/contractors are engaged and where the delivery of materials is included as a part of the assignment.

Askøy Municipality will join the contract if the tenderer has a sales outlet in Askøy or in west Bergen (Laksevåg and Fyllingsdalen districts). The contract will not apply for the municipal company Øygarden Bustadutvikling KF.

For Bergen Municipality, the contract will primarily cover the need of Bergen Municipality's internal trade departments under the Agency for Building and Property. The contract will, thus, primarily cover a professional need.

The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that a separate framework agreement has been signed for tools, paint/painting equipment, workwear with protective equipment, HVAC and sanitation materials, and kitchen fittings. Such products will primarily be procured through these contracts.
