First phase:

This public procedure leads to a framework agreement with several contractors who

are selected for delivering, drafting, maintaining and modifying the ITS application

and RIS as part of certified intelligent traffic controllers (further: 'iVRI'). Under

delivery is understood to provide services to keep the ITS application and RIS functional

work, whereby both applications are purchased according to the Software as a Service principle.

Second phase:

This phase is repetitive and leads to:

● A question for a simulation based on a model from the client. The

simulation results can be included in the selections of next

minicompetitions.
