The framework agreement is expected to enter into force on 01.09.2023 and runs until 31.08.2025, after which the Contracting entity can extend the framework agreement by 2 x 12 months. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is thus 4 years.
The tender is carried out as an assortment tender, cf. section 45 of the Danish Procurement Act. The winning supplier is obliged to supply its entire range within the brands offered on the product categories covered.
The maximum purchase value for a 4-year period totals DKK 30,000,000
Due to the rising inflation at the time of supply and a percentage fixed by normal procedure, the contracting entity has estimated with an extra 15% in addition to the expected purchase value.
The contracting entity tenders the framework agreement as a single agreement, as the contracting entity has assessed, pursuant to section 49(2) of the Public Procurement Act, that the contract must be tendered as a single agreement, as all schools covered by this tender work and teach on the basis of the Executive Order on vocational training for passenger car mechanics.
Within the Executive Order, there is neither a geographical limitation nor a significant difference in the composition of the teaching that allows the Tenderers' assortment, delivery times and conditions or other service to differ significantly. In addition, it is the Client's assessment that the Contracting Entity achieves significant economies of scale in relation to, among other things, finances and administration by tendering a single overall agreement.
