The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the system to the IP/MPLS GovNet network infrastructure records in the Republic of Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "System", in accordance with the draft contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ".
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the system to the register of infrastructure of the IP/MPLS GovNet network in the Republic of Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "System", in accordance with the draft contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ) and the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ".
2. The scope of the contract shall include in particular:
1) as part of Stage I –
a) preparation of the document "Schedule for the implementation of the System"
b) preparation of the document entitled "System implementation analysis", which will specify all necessary steps related to the implementation of the System;
2) as part of Stage II –
a) delivery of the required number of System licenses with the support of the manufacturer, which will enable the management and monitoring of:
currently owned or leased telecommunications cabling,
passive devices,
required devices and licenses for the GIS system, for the purpose of visualization and updating maps in the System,
b) installation of the System software on the Ordering Party's visualization platform
c) implementation of the System, in accordance with the scope specified in the System Implementation Analysis and introduction of a sample of data in the field of telecommunications and ICT infrastructure used (production launch of the System);
d) conducting Acceptance Tests (integration tests, functional tests, performance tests and security tests of the implemented solution),
e) conducting training/workshops for up to 6 employees of the Contracting Authority – Administrators, from the implemented System;
3) as part of Stage III –
a) providing as-built documentation on the implementation of the System and the required administrative procedures;
3. For the delivered System software, the Contractor shall provide the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. At the same time, the Ordering Party reserves that the offered warranty period will correspond to the warranty period for defects.
4. As part of the remuneration, the Contractor shall provide warranty service for the delivered System, in accordance with § 4 of the draft contract and Chapter 12 of the OPZ.
