Delivery of electric buses with charging stations for public transport in Suwałki

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of electric buses with charging stations for the needs of public transport in Suwałki.

2.The order has been divided into 2 tasks:

Task 1: Delivery of 5 (five) brand new MIDI class electric city buses, low-floor, of one brand, intended for public transport together with 5 two-station charging stations.

Task 2: Delivery of 5 (five) brand new electric city buses of the MAXI class, low-floor, one brand, intended for public transport together with 5 two-station charging stations.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the attachments: for lot 1 - no. 1.1, lot 2 - no. 1.2 and a model agreement with attachments.

Delivery of 5 (five) brand new electric city buses of the MIDI class, low-floor, of one brand, intended for public transport with 5 two-stand buses

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of electric buses with charging stations for the needs of public transport in Suwałki. Task 1: Delivery of 5 (five) brand new MIDI class electric city buses, low-floor, of one brand, intended for public transport together with 5 two-station charging stations.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the attachments: for lots 1 - no. 1.1 and the model agreement with attachments.

3. If, during the performance of the contract, after signing the contract, legal regulations introducing new technical requirements and mandatory standards are announced, the Contractor shall introduce them in the vehicles before handing over the buses to the Contracting Authority.

4. The scope of the contract includes, m.in all public law burdens, costs of technical tests, acceptances, performance of obligations resulting from the granted warranty, costs of documentation, software, licenses, transport, unloading at the place of delivery, insurance of the risk related to the loss or damage of the subject of the contract until the time of acceptance by the Ordering Party, installation of charging stations, periodic inspections, preparation of all documentation, including those necessary to be carried out by the Office of Technical Inspection access to the service platform, staff training.

5.Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority informs that it may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.

6.As part of the information and promotion activities of the project, the Contractor is required to place stickers inside and outside each bus in accordance with the Handbook of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for the years 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion.

7.The order concerns a project financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Eastern Polish Programme 2021-2027.
