The scope of works covered by the Contract is the design and execution of sealing and reconstruction of sections of the sanitary sewerage network in the radziechowy Wieprz and Milówka communes, along with surface restoration works after assembly works.

As part of the contract in question, the Contractor made complete design documentation (Land or land development project, Architectural and construction design, Technical design with all necessary arrangements, environmental decision for the scope of the entire Contract) together with obtaining a Building Permit Decision on behalf of the Ordering Party or Submitting a notification of the intention to perform construction works (including obtaining a certificate of acceptance of the notification by the relevant authority architectural and construction) and will carry out the Works necessary to achieve the objectives described in this PFU.

The scope of works covered by the Contract is the design and execution of sealing and reconstruction of sections of the sanitary sewerage network in the municipality of Radziechowy Wieprz and Milówka together with reconstruction works of the surface after assembly works of the length of:

Radziechowy Wieprz

Task 1: Exceeding the rz. Sola - m. Hog (SHEET 1)

Sealing/reconstruction of approx. 500 m of sanitary sewage system Ø400 with strengthening of the bottom and banks on the section of exceeding approx. 2000m3 of stone bedspread and 200m3 of steel gabions with thick stone filling (upper and lower gurt)

Milówka

Task 2: ul. Track-Kaflarska - m. Milówka (SHEET 2)

Sealing/reconstruction of approx. 260 m of sanitary sewerage Ø200

Sealing/installation of approx. 80 m sleeve on sanitary sewer Ø200

Task 3: "Ladybug" - m. Milówka (SHEET 3)

Sealing/reconstruction of approx. 240 m of sanitary sewerage Ø400

Task 4: Crossing the rz. Sola - m. Milówka (SHEET 4)

Sealing/reconstruction of approx. 70 m of sanitary sewage system Ø250 along with strengthening of the bottom and banks on the section of exceeding approx. 1400m3 of stone bedspread and 140m3 of steel gabions with thick stone filling (upper and lower gurts)

Both the diameter and length of the pipelines of the sanitary sewerage network are given as an indication. At the stage of making the design documentation, the designer will finally verify and agree on the above-mentioned sizes. The same procedure applies to sewer manholes. In case of exceedances of rz. Soła should provide for the necessary reinforcements of the bottom and banks of the river.

The contractor will design and execute investments using open excavation methods and trenchless methods, taking into account economic, environmental and social aspects. The selection of work technology for individual parts of the network is an element of design work and thus is the responsibility of the Contractor.

The methods of network construction adopted by the Contractor must ensure that all required functional and functional parameters of the Works specified according to this PFU are maintained, in particular: durability of works, no negative impact on the network operating parameters, ensuring network tightness, maintaining the required static parameters of pipelines, minimizing the operating costs of the system.
