The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste generated on the property inhabited in the Alwernia commune.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated on the property inhabited in the Alwernia commune in the period from 5/15/2019 to 31/12/2019.

2. The subject of the contract also includes:

- providing containers and bags for the selective collection of municipal waste. The contractor is obliged to include in the price of the offer the cost of equipping multi-flat real estate with containers for municipal waste segregation, and single-family real estate with bags for municipal waste segregation and containers,

- cleaning up the area contaminated with waste from containers, containers, sacks and vehicles in the event of contamination during waste collection,

- collecting waste lying next to filled containers, multi-unit containers and bringing order to adjacent areas contaminated due to overfilling of containers used for collecting waste.

7. The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with applicable law, in particular such as: the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste, the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, and executive provisions to these acts ( among others, the Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 11.1.2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners, the Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 7.10.2016 on detailed requirements for the transport of waste), the Ordinance of 16.6.2009 of the Minister of the Environment on health and safety at work in the management of municipal waste and provisions of local law, that is: Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Alwernia and resolutions of the Commune Council in Alwernia on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners bones where the inhabitants reside and utilize this waste.

The contractor is required to have civil liability insurance in the field of business related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum of not less than PLN 250,000 for the period of at least the performance of the contract, i.e. from the signing of the contract until December 31, 2019.
