Monitoring of common breeding birds (MhB) in Bavaria: continuation 2023-2026

The aim is to organize and carry out the monitoring of common breeding birds in Bavaria for the years 2023-2026 at least the last (2022) award level of 290 and up to

350 of the 450 sample plots available in Bavaria. The data recordings are carried out strictly in accordance with the specifications and mapping instructions of the DDA for the MhB and successively include new digital working methods provided by the DDA. A total of four rounds must be carried out by the respective mappers in the specified time frame in the specified sample areas in Bavaria.
