The object of the order is the implementation of the task “Modernization of street lighting in the territory of the city and the municipality of Kowalewo Pomorskie”, by replacing light fixtures with LED fixtures on existing power line support structures and cable network lighting poles.
1. Description of the subject of the contract:
1.1. The object of the order is the implementation of the task “Modernization of street lighting in the territory of the city and the municipality of Kowalewo Pomorskie”, by replacing light fixtures with LED fixtures on existing power line support structures and cable network lighting poles ( the detailed OPZ is Annex No 1 to SWZ).
1.2. The item of the order was not divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
1.3.The subject of the order includes, inter alia:
(a) the supply, installation and replacement of 832 pieces of LED light fixtures in accordance with the Technical Documentation (Annex No 5) and the Energy Audit of Street Lighting (Annex No 6) together with the attached object of works (Annex No 7);
(b) the performance of tests and measurements for the whole subject of the contract in an ex-post audit, which will allow, inter alia, to establish the amount of electricity saved (MWh/year) and the estimated annual decrease in electricity (tonnes of CO2 equivalent);
(c) obtaining the arrangements, permits and decisions necessary for the investment;
(d) other works and works necessary for the proper performance of the subject matter of the contract, including, inter alia, the development of the design of the organisation of traffic for the duration of the exchange, the relevant marking, the insurance and security of the site, the organisation of trips and commutes during the work, the current export of materials unusable.
2. Obligations of the Contractor:
1) The Contractor shall be required to undertake and perform all the actions necessary to carry out the modernization of the lighting subject to the contract with due care, in accordance with the technical documentation and the energy audit of street lighting, including in particular:
(a) the dismantling of existing lighting fixtures and their disposal;
(b) the installation of new LED street lighting fixtures from the materials of the contractor;
(c) the performance of the subject of the contract with the aid of persons who are qualified, trained in the field of bhp and fire regulations and equipped with appropriate equipment, tools and clothing;
(d) preserving the minimum technical parameters of the materials used for the modernisation covered by the contract, and in particular the use of the lighting fixtures referred to in the documentation and audit.
(e) carrying out trials, measurements and tests related to the work carried out;
(f) guarantee for lighting fixtures and installation and installation work;
(g) the use of materials and equipment which should have quality certificates; country of origin certificates and comply with Polish standards and requirements for products authorised for marketing and use in construction;
(h) carry out other works and activities which will be necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the contract;
(i) the ordering of the work site at no later than the date of the declaration of readiness for the final collection of the contract object;
(j) the removal of any defects and defects identified by the contracting authority within the time limits indicated by him during the warranty period and warranties;
(k) the delivery of ex-post audit, in paper (1 ex.) and electronic form (editable version) to the office of the contracting authority;
2) after upgrading and before final reception, the contractor will, at his own expense, conduct an ex-post audit, make measurements of lighting parameters and show, inter alia, an energy effect containing information on the amount of electricity saved (minimum 254,38 MWh/year) and an estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (minimum 198.67 tonnes of CO2 equivalent);
3. The Contractor shall, upon request, submit certificates, certificates and quality certificates for the materials used;
4) The Contractor undertakes to perform appropriate marking and safeguards in accordance with applicable law. The Contractor shall be liable to third parties for any damage caused by the work carried out. During the implementation of the works, the contractor shall maintain the work site.
