The task includes the receipt of large garbage from households, any transport, and the sorting and preprocessing of large garbage and final requirements for the operator's further marketing of the sorted fractions for treatment in the second indent. Copenhagen Municipality is the contracting entity and represents in this tender Dragør Municipality, Frederiksberg Municipality and Tårnby Municipality.

Contracting entities collect large garbage from both villas, townhouses, colonial garden associations and floor residences. Large garbage is collected with comprimator cars and in open and closed uphale containers of 11-30 m3. Halter containers are either fixed stock on the individual cadastre or provisionally set up stock after order.

The large garbage fraction consists of discarded inbo and items that cannot be placed in the prepared containers for recycling fractions or residual waste containers (day renovation). The collected large garbage is a highly mixed waste fraction, which may contain, for example, the following waste items: discarded inbo, bicycles, PVC, strains and shocks and construction waste of wood, glass, plastic and metal from do-it-yourself work.

The amount of large garbage is expected at contract start to be approximately 15 000 tons/year.
