The subject of the contract is the performance of security services specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ, divided into:

1.1. Protection of MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. facilities subject to mandatory protection.

1.2. Protection of MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. facilities not subject to mandatory protection.

1.3. Protection of MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. facilities not subject to mandatory protection for a designated period of time starting in 2023.

1.4. Round-the-clock protection of MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. not subject to mandatory protection, including the installation and operation of the Intruder Alarms System and round-the-clock monitoring and recording of agreed local alarm system signals.

1.5. Escorting monetary values from the end stops of the "Maltanka" cableway.

1.6. Support (using Intervention Groups) until the arrival of other services, drivers and drivers of MPK Poznań Spółka z o.o. vehicles during events that may threaten the life and health of drivers, drivers or passengers of MPK.
