1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Lubicz Commune related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the Commune in 2023.

2) The service will be performed in compliance with the provisions of generally applicable law and on the terms set out in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.

3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 5 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Lubicz Commune related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the Commune in 2023. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

a) collection and export as well as management of municipal waste from the lubicz Municipality. The scope of the contract applies only to inhabited properties located in the Lubicz Municipality, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ, the service also includes the Contractor's provision of access to hard-to-reach points (in particular in winter) by organizing means of transport that enable the collection of waste from address points with a difficult location;

b) collection and export and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Lubicz Górny in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ;

c) collection and export as well as management of bulky waste collected directly from residents in a cycle of 2 times a year in accordance with the schedule made by the Contractor, agreed and accepted by the Ordering Party;

d) collection and export and management of waste from collection points for expired medicines and collection points for used batteries in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ;

e) providing the owners of inhabited real estate with containers and bags intended for the collection of particular types of waste, having colors and markings in accordance with the requirements set out in special regulations and Annex 5 to the SWZ, and providing services related to maintaining them in an appropriate orderly and technical condition. The Ordering Party reserves that during the term of the contract, the number of containers may change – reduce or increase in accordance with real needs. In the event of the described situation, the Contractor's remuneration remains unchanged;

f) equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Lubicz Górny, entry from Nowa Wieś promowa street (the area of the sewage treatment plant hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in containers / containers for separate collection of selected waste and providing services related to maintaining them in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ;

g) delivery of containers to indicated pharmacies and shops as well as public buildings and provision of services related to their maintenance in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition;

h) conducting various forms of educational activities in the field of municipal waste management, in particular, in the field of selective collection of municipal waste and providing technical service during ecological events taking place in the Lubicz Municipality;

i) carrying out checks on the implementation, by the owner of the property, of the obligation to separately collect waste, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ;

j) development and delivery of a schedule of services covered by the Subject of the contract for owners of inhabited real estate located in the Lubicz Municipality;

(k) keeping records relating to the activities covered by the subject-matter of the contract;

l) performance of the Ordering Party's obligation referred to in Article 3b and Article 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities specified in Annex 5 to SWZ.
