The object of the procurement is the right to use pre-treated end-of-life vehicles under the conditions set out in this invitation to tender.

The object of the procurement is the right to use pre-treated end-of-life vehicles for the customer. End-of-life vehicles are used in simulated practical exercises carried out in the training area of the Emergency Services College, such as traffic accident simulations. All end-of-life vehicles that become available to the contracting entity must have all liquids (incl. fuels) and batteries removed. For safety reasons, the fuel tank should be perforated. However, end-of-life cars must resemble passenger cars in terms of their exterior and interior, i.e. cars must have windows, doors, tires, benches and a steering wheel. At a minimum, the front and rear windows of end-of-life vehicles and the front side windows must be intact.

The purchase quantities quoted in the invitation to tender are estimates and the contract does not constitute a purchasing obligation for the contracting entity.

The invitation to tender describes the basic product and related service that is the subject of the contracting entity's right of use, in addition to which the contracting entity may make purchases from the other assortment of the selected contract supplier.
