Service for transporting and sending for recovery or disposal of waste from the mechanical treatment of plastic waste code EER 19.12.12 "other waste produced by the mechanical treatment of waste, other than that referred to in item 19 12 11" produced within the Brissogne Treatment Centre.

The service covers:

transport from the Brissogne Regional Centre to the final treatment plant,

the recovery or disposal of waste from the mechanical treatment of plastic waste

EER code 19.12.12 "Other waste generated by the mechanical treatment of waste, other than waste from

referred to in heading 19 12 11".

The duration of the contract is 22 months with start scheduled from 01.03.2024 and end on 31.12.2025.

The service may be activated pursuant to art. 18 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, pending the stipulation of the

contract.

The Client reserves the right, at the request of the Regional Administration, to interrupt

unilaterally the service in advance of its expiry at any time, with a notice of

3 months (three).

In this regard, the competing companies may not make any reservations or claims of a

in addition to the normal settlement relating to the period of performance of the service up to the time of the

of the interruption.

The duration of the contract in progress may be modified for the time strictly necessary

at the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of the new contractor pursuant to art. 120 of the

D.lgs 36/2023.

In this case, the Contractor is obliged to perform the services covered by the contract at the same prices

agreed and under the same or more favourable conditions.
